Dr. Michael Bormann is management consultant and founding partner of bdp group. He has long been engaged in related audit, financial, investment and management consulting professional work with focus in Deutschland and China. With practical experience on business process improvement, risk management, internal control optimization in the field of consulting services, he is also good at integrating Chinese and German people with different expertise to become a team to provide clients professional services. Moreover, he is a foundation member of EuropeFides - the European consultants Association for small and medium-sized enterprises, which also provides contacts and networking to its members all over Asia and Europe.

Mr. Daniel Albrecht is a German attorney at law and has been running Starke Consulting in Beijing since 2014. He specializes in corporate law, commercial law as well as trademark law and labor law. He also assists his clients in drafting and negotiating complex contract documentation. Before he practiced for two well known law firms in China and the oldest foreign law firm in Japan, where he represented mostly German speaking companies. He studied law at the University of Muenster (Germany) and Niigata (Japan) and frequently works as a lecturer for Chinese and International Business law at the Universities of Bremen und Munich.
