Hosted by STEP-G’s Plant Manager, Mr. Spike Lee. Participants will learn how strategic expectations from German headquarters are translated into local operations – and discuss the opportunities and challenges that come with managing a business in China.
Building on these practical insights, Dr. Michael Bormann and Fang Fang from bdp will lead an Intercultural Leadership Workshop focusing on the role of China management as both local leaders and strategic bridge-builders between China and German headquarters. Through practical cases and an interactive exchange, the session will explore how leaders can navigate different business cultures and management expectations, strengthen HQ-China alignment, and share best practices from their own experience.
